selectOperations(operationIds, cli): string[]

Select the operations offered as CLI commands with the application webda.cli configuration

An operation Group.Action is the command group action: include keeps it when it lists "group" (every operation of the group) or "group action", then exclude drops it the same way. Names are matched in any case ("RunnerAuth" is runnerauth); the "Type:command" form only selects @Command providers. Unmatched entries are reported by collectServiceCommands, which knows both sources.
