resolveModuleFile(moduleFolder, info): string

Path of a file referenced by a webda.module.json

The compiler writes a dependency's file as node_modules/<package>/<path>, relative to the module folder. The dependency is not always nested in it: pnpm (and Bazel rules_js) install it as a sibling of the package, so it is looked up like Node does, in the node_modules of the module folder then of each parent folder.
