GLOB pattern of a LIKE pattern: % → *, _ → ?, \% / \_ literal, GLOB metacharacters escaped

SQLite LIKE is case-insensitive for ASCII; GLOB is case-sensitive like the in-memory and PostgreSQL semantics.
