Map a JSON schema property to a column type
string is text (varchar(n) with maxLength, timestamptz/date/uuid by format), integer is bigint,
number is double (decimal with numericAsDecimal), boolean is boolean, everything else (objects, arrays,
unions, references, untyped) is json.
