The rpc of an operation, named as generateProto() of @webda/grpc does: <Prefix>Service / the rest of the id, dots flattened to _

the service and rpc, undefined when GrpcService cannot route the rpc back to the operation (it maps <Prefix>Service/<Rpc> to <Prefix>.<Rpc>: an id without a dot, or with a dotted rest, is not reachable)
