Benchmark a queue through the Queue API
Scenarios: send throughput, raw drain (receiveMessage + deleteMessage), consume() workers for each
maxConsumers and workerParallelism, open-loop end-to-end latency and, when the harness defines
redeliveryDelayMs and the profile enables it, redelivery of failed messages.
