contentDisposition(name?, type?): string

Build an RFC 6266 Content-Disposition header value for a file name

The name is sent twice: a quoted ASCII fallback for old clients and an RFC 5987 UTF-8 filename*. Quotes, backslashes and non-ASCII characters can neither break nor inject into the header (e.g. l'été "1".png)
