Return (and lazily initialise) a named bag on the TS5 class-metadata object.

Parameters

metadata

Record<string | symbol, any>

The context.metadata object from a decorator context.

key

string

The metadata key to read / create.

fallback

any

Initial value used when the key is absent.

Returns

any

The existing or newly created value for key.
