readMockMeta(ctor): FieldMetaMap

Read the mock-meta map for a model class. Merges entries from the class and its prototype chain so a subclass's @Mock.* overrides the parent's.

Returns

FieldMetaMap

the merged fieldName → MockMeta map across the prototype chain.
